How to place an order

Placing an order with us couldn't be easier. Please find below our ordering process to help you along the way.

• Contact us with your order, providing details on package, quantity and the date of your wedding.

• We will then e-mail our booking form which allows us to obtain full details of your order

• Once this has been e-mailed back to us we will request the 40% deposit. For orders requiring images/video, you will need to forward these at this stage. You photos can be sent to us on a disc, or you can e-mail them individually.

• Prior to final production, a proof will be e-mailed to you for error checking. We advise you to take time to check the proof, as any additional changes will be chargeable. Once you are happy with the proof, you reply to the email advising us to proceed with printing. Final payment is also due at this stage.

• We will then advise you of an approximate delivery date and then all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive!
